If you select quarantine or conditioned at check out, we will contact you with a shipping window.  Expect 3-4 weeks, however WYSIWYG fish will ship the closest available shipping day typically unless we contact you.

Please see our DOA/24 Hour policy and shipping information before ordering.  Once a fish is ordered, a refund can only be issued before we acquire your fish as they are acquired on and order by order basis unless WYSIWYG.  WYSIWYG orders can be cancelled or refunded anytime prior to shipping.
