Shipping information:
UPS/FEDEX:
Shipments go out on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday if necessary. Please do your best to be home for the delivery, if you have any questions please call or text 949-697-6546. Shipments can go out either UPS or FedEx, whichever the customer selects at check out. Please note, where are located, UPS is the closest facility to us which translates to less time in transit. However, if FedEx is more reliable in your area, the difference on our end is minimal.

DOA Policy:
Please do your best to be present at time of delivery. If a DOA occurs, do not open the bag, please text or call me at 949-697-6546 within 1 hour. Once the bag is open and acclimation has begun, there are too many variables to accept responsibility for the environment livestock are put into.
Verified and accepted DOA claims will be refunded in the form of store credit only, minus shipping.
I realize there can be extenuating circumstances in some cases, which can be dealt with on a case by case basis, however please get in touch within 1 hour and do not open the bag if the livestock is DOA.
